If you like, please send along your savegame file to support@kittylambda.com and I can restore your keys, there is enough information inside of it for me to tell fairly easily what you would have had. It's def not your fault, this is kind of a huge bug (albeit obscure)!

WRT to the issue about items not coming with you, they will be in the car when you return to Charles' place. So think of the cars as being two separate cars, logistically.

Okay! I think it's fixed now, I have sent you a PM with your corrected save file. In case you've played since then, you can send me another save file as it's not a big deal to fix again if need be.
