Okay, this is probably not an earth shattering even in your lives but bear with me, I spent like six years on this thing!

Just a big thanks to everybody who helped out. My family and friends and girlfriend for supporting me, beta testers for being so enthusiastic from time to time, the makers of free software and linux for making this possible, and... well I think that probably covers it!

You particularly enthusiastic beta testers will get a full registered account sometime over the next few days as a way to say "thanks". In the meantime, it's my job to go and promote this as well as I can so we can try and build some kind of community. I think the game has a lot of surprises in it, and if you try out each of the initial three released world packs I think you will see there is a lot of variety in it, too!

well iv just stumbeld upon this game and although i see masive potential i am somewhat disapointed.
i had just figerd out what i was doing (only just figerd out the warp thing) when i had a warning saying that i only had 14 minutes left.
u should make the trial a bit longer. im not the slowest gamer (ok not the fastest) and i only just figering out how to play other gamers will be put of as well
mayby u should have a free server with just a few planets and items avalibal

Hmn, I think you might be right. I was wavering between a 1 or 2 hour trial, at least, particularily since the learning curve is fairly steep. When you saw that you had only 15 minutes left, did it make you want to quit then, or did you wait until your trial had expired completely? I'm asking because I can see in the server logs that most people don't play their complete trial, which made me think the trial period was probably long enough. But if the 15 minutes left message is putting people off, then a longer trial period might be in order.

Hi, i did the trial too and want to buy it.
I posted another post about asking if you have a second life acount so i can pay you htere , cause i dont have a creditcard and live in europe.
Anywayz, when that message came up i did not like it.
I quit the game, then i return and start new server and a total different system is downloaded, then trial over, my thought is, i want to buy!
If you putt 6 years in this then, i would say that are 6 years well spend, cause i find this game to be very well done.
