This is my first time trying to play and when i open the game and the login screen comes up i log in then it takes me to a screen that says my connection has failed and my trial time has expiered when ive never played what happened or is there no trial version?

Thanks for your post! Unfortunately the server was down and this results in the message you are seeing, even though you would have time left on the trial. So give it another try!
